And that's what they went to the hospital with was a deck of cards. You know, you got to have you got to have that stuff prepped. You got to be ready, be mission ready. And you can't have your summer pack in January. You got to have your heavier clothing, your extra layers, your extra calories, all that in it already. You've got to be prepared. So the very first part of that is always being prepared because that takes that first 10 minutes of time that lets you ramp up into okay now where am I going? Have I been there before? I'm pretty sure I have the skill set to do whatever we're being asked. I know my gear is ready and I practiced my nav before and we've worked at this park before. So all those things begin to now help you as you are ramping up, begin to help. I want to say cut off the peak of that, you know, I got my gear. Okay, now I've been here before. Okay. So you start cutting the peaks off of those those ramp ups to something that's manageable. And as you do that, you build confidence in yourself. I got my pack. I know that if anything happens to me out there and I get lost or I get hurt, I can take care of myself. I can be out there for 24 hours before I really need assistance. And so I don't become the problem. I am still part of the solution. My skill set. Again, I don't want to become part of the problem. I want to be part of the solution. (Time 0:15:05)
